Like Loni, i can talk to Cristy more relate - ably then someone from Corporate that doesn't live in Rochester, less even NY. She's an adopted Big Sister more less. Unless she's off, I normally hear back from her the same day I email. If I call, I'll ask for her and she picks up, I generally don't have to leave a voicemail. Though the office couldn't help with my black mold issue, they offered resources and suggestions that got me in the right direction. I could go forever really. Nothing but Praise.
